Lo primero de todo debo pedir disculpas por una ausencia de dos semanas después de mi ultimo post desde San Francisco. Realmente el tiempo pasa  volando y se que mas de uno me estaba siguiendo la pista,..., así que, mis disculpas por ello.

       Espero, el retraso, esté en parte justificado, y es que dos, como las semanas, han sido los motivos. El primero y mas importante de lo que pensaba, las necesarias "vacaciones" después de las "vacaciones". Han sido veinticinco días muy activos de intensos momentos agarrado a mi querida cámara. Desconectar durante unos días ha sido muy necesario.

     Y segundo y también muy importante, es que no quería cerrar este blog sin dejar una muestra de lo que fui a hacer allí, porque no solo me marché a vivir una experiencia inolvidable y a realizar un viaje soñado por muchos, sino que también he estado "trabajando", y he traído conmigo 500Gb de video en alta definición para darle rienda suelta a mi segunda pasión después de viajar, "hacer películas".

      Y por eso os quiero presentar en el siguiente video a los "Gold Magnolias", una muy talentosa banda de Brooklyn que conoci en la estacion de metro de Times Square, en Nueva York.

        First of all, I must apologize for an absence of two weeks after my last post from San Francisco.  Time really flies and I know that more than one friend was following me,..., so,  my apologies for that.

        I hope this delay is partly justified, because two, as the weeks,  are the reasons for it.

       The first and more important than I thought, the necessary resting after the long way.  Twenty-five very active days, living grabbed my beloved camera. Disconnect for a few days has been very necessary.

      And second and equally important, is that I do not want to close this blog without leaving a sample of what I have been doing during my trip. Because the reason to do this journey was not only to live an unforgettable experience and make a dream trip for many, it was also  a "working trip", and I brought with me 500GB of HD video to work now in my second passion after traveling, "making movies. "

      And so I want to present in the next video, "The Gold Magnolias", a very talented band based in Brooklyn that I met at the Times Square Subway Station in New York.

      Habian quedado ademas, varias cosas en el aire. Entre ellas el partido de futbol americano entre los Kansas City Chiefs y los Arizona Cardinals al que me llevo Chris, el hijo de Bruce y Veda en Kansas City.

           Fue una interesante experiencia. Los americanos saben bien como montar un buen espectaculo, y aquel fue uno. Ganaron los Chiefs por paliza y nos fuimos contentos a casa.














          Tambien tenia que hablaros de mi paso por Albuquerque, donde, al pasar Accion de Gracias, estuvo todo cerrado durante varios dias, pero donde por casualidad, encontre cerca de mi motel, el Rio Grande donde pude disfrutar durante una mañana de la vida salvaje de la zona.




     Por último quedó pendiente mi post sobre San Francisco, ciudad donde pasé mis dos últimos días y que no defraudo en absoluto a las expectativas de encontrar una ciudad con mucho encanto y con un toque único.

      Aquí, aparte de hacer unas imprescindibles compras de ropa a precios de risa comparados con los de España, visite el "Pier 39", donde habita un grupo de leones marinos desde hace unos años.














    Desde esta zona de San Francisco, muy visitada por los turistas y llamada el "Embarcadero", puedes observar la famosa carcel de Alcatraz y el Golden Gate, tambien conocido como el Puente de San Francisco.














      Otra visita interesante para hacer en San Francisco es ver la calle Lombard, famosa por sus cuestas en zig-zag y por lo que me imagino,  poco transitada por los vecinos y mucho por los turistas, ya que en todos los coches que bajaban, el copiloto grababa la escena de alguna manera.














       Y hay que ir acabando y cerrar aqui esta "Primera Parte", porque como he dicho, ahora tengo mucho material entre manos y tan solo tengo que darle la forma adecuada.

         Ha sido un viaje espectacular, a la altura del mejor viaje. No podria decir que es lo que mas me ha gustado, porque me ha gustado todo, aunque si que quiza lo que mas me haya sorprendido y agradado es la amabilididad y hospitabilidad de las personas que me he encontrado,......, un verdadero placer que ha hecho que todo fuera sobre ruedas.

   Y sobre todo, quiero agradeceros a todos los que me habeis seguido mientras estaba alli,  vuestra compañia, porque de verdad que lo he sentido y me ha venido muy bien.......... Y a los que habeis venido despues y os habeis encontrado este blog por casualidad, bienvenidos, espero que disfruteis al menos un poco de lo que lo hice yo.

      Several things had remained outstanding. One of them is the NFL game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Arizona Cardinals who took me Chris, the son of Bruce and Veda in Kansas City.

     It was an interesting experience. The Americans know well how to make a good  show, and that was one. Chiefs won  and back home happy.


       I also have to  write about my days in Albuquerque, where, due to the Thanksgiving celebration, everything was closed for several days, but where, by accident, I found the Rio Grande near my motel and I had for a day a bit of wildlife.


    And finally my post about San Francisco, a city where I spent my last two days and that does not disappoint at all the expectations to find a charming city with a unique touch.

      Here, apart from making some necessary purchases of clothing to laugh prices compared with those of Spain, I visited the "Pier 39", where live one group of sea lions since few years ago.

        From this area,  visited by many tourists and called the "Embarcadero", you can see the famous prison of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate, also known as the San Francisco Bridge.


       Another interesting place to go in San Francisco is the Lombard Street, famous for its steep zig-zag and what I imagine, not so used by residents and and a lot by visitors. Inside all the cars coming down, the passengers were recording the scene with any device.


      And I have to finish and close here is "Part One" because as I said, now I have much material at hand and I just have to continue working with it.

     It has been a spectacular journey. I could not say what I liked the most, because I liked everything, maybe the best part of these days has been the kindness and hospitality of the people I've found,......, a pleasure that has made all out on wheels.

    And above all, I want to thank all who have followed me while I was there..........

    To all the new people who have find this blog by accident, welcome, hope you enjoy at least some of what I did.
